Volleyball Tryout Dates will be August 2, August 3, August 4 from 9am-12noon.

You must have a completed physical (VHSL form) done after May 1, 2010.  It would be good for all sports for the 2010-2011 school year.

Volleyball will have a pre-season meeting at 2pm on Thursday, April 8.  Open gym, conditioning/weight training will begin in April!  There will be a rising 9th grader (coming to Battlefield HS) meeting at a later date and time (TBA).

If you are coming to Battlefield HS and interested in playing volleyball in fall 2010, please feel free to come to camp with us.  Camp is NOT mandatory, nor does it guarantee a spot in the program.

If rising freshman or need basic skills = Performance Camp (July 15-17)
If rising sophomore or need specialized skills = Position Camp (July 20-22)
If rising sophomore, junior, senior (team building) = Team Camp (July 23-25)
If college-bound (DI, DII) especially (really, really good) = College Prep Elite (July 9-11)

Nikkisha Walker (BHS, 2009) was named a CIAA All-Rookie of the Week and to the All-Rookie Team for Virginia State University (D-II)!  Way to go, Nikkisha!
