The Volleyball Banquet will still be on Tuesday, November 24 at 6pm.
Continuing our tradition from last season, all 3 teams, parents, friends are invited to the Enclosed Cafeteria for a potluck dinner.  
Coaching staff:  main dish/drinks/utensils
Varsity:  main dish & drinks
JV:  main dish and/or dessert
Freshmen:  main dish

All coaches & players are asked to "dress up (Sunday best)."  Girls basketball is exempt since they are scrimmaging.
 After dinner, we will do our season speeches and awards (MVP, Coaches' awards, Most Improved, and senior recognitions).  Although the Fall Sports awards date has changed for the other varsity sports, we are still having our banquet on November 24.

Congrats to Kelly Milione who got the highest number of votes EVER for a Battlefield Volleyball Player!!
Kelly made the FIRST TEAM All-District, qualifying her for the All-Region voting.  She was third, behind player of the year OH Morgan Clark (Loudoun Valley) and OH Liann Bernett (Heritage).

Congrats also to Mikaela Whitaker for being named Second Team All-District Libero, to Nicole Doxsee and Alyssa Caudle for also making the Second Team All-District.

Finally, congrats to Bailey Liddle for making the Honorable Mention All-District.

Hi BHS Fans-
All 3 teams improved over the evening @ Loudoun County (the two-time AA defending state champs).  The LC head coach complimented our program's offense, and the LC coaching staff noted the JV and varsity liberos (Yay... Mikaela, Sofia, and Mimi).

The freshmen and varsity did awesome @ Centreville.  A reporter (who we know well) sent his compliments.
Although missing key persons, JV is building momentum.  Missing players will be back from vacations & illnesses soon!

Student-athletes finishing their Junior year and intend to enroll and play in an NCAA D-I or D-II school, need to register with the NCAA Clearinghouse.
